Water atomized copper powders show typically irregular morphology.
Two types of water atomized grades are available:
a) GCW-Types with high apparent density
(range 3-4 g/cm3)
b) GCWM-Types with lower apparent density
(range 2-3g/cm3)

- Sintering (either mixed with tin powders and/or prealloyed powders on bronze base or as additive in iron powder mixes)
- Brake and friction lining
- Brazing and welding
